Annual Support Agreements

Annual Support for the first year is included with the HR Director and Personnel Program. Starting in year two, ongoing support services are provided through our Annual Support Agreements. The Annual Support Agreements are structured to meet your individual requirements and needs. You can have the peace of mind knowing that you are always current with the latest labor laws, have the most recent materials and documentation available as well as having the support you need, when you need it...reliable annual protection for an affordable, predictable amount. Bent Ericksen & Associates provides three Annual Support Agreements; The Comprehensive, The Basic and the Limited. You will learn that each one has been specifically tailored to meet your needs whether you are a small or large practice.

 

COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT AGREEMENT

The Comprehensive Support Agreement is designed for those clients who want the best of all worlds; quality support time, automatic updates,update personalization-implementation assistance, plus semi-annual compliance “checkups”. These checkups, handled by our certified consulting staff, will help ensure that you are staying in compliance, have your updates in place and have your documentation up-to-date—all for an economical annual price.

The Comprehensive Support Agreement is the best choice for those clients who want more “hands-on” support and guidance with their Human Resources. Whether you’re just getting started or a seasoned professional, you can feel confident that the Comprehensive Support Agreement will provide the protection for all your HR needs.

BASIC SUPPORT AGREEMENT

The Basic Support Agreement simply put, lands in the middle—great available support time with automatic updates—at a cost effective annual fee. The Basic Support Agreement is designed for the clients who are comfortable with an established Bent Ericksen & Associates HR system in place.  The Basic Support Agreement keeps things running smoothly and on-track with a basic amount of “hands-on” support. You can have the peace of mind of knowing that you’re covered and on- track with your Human Resource needs.

LIMITED SUPPORT AGREEMENT

The Limited Support Agreement is designed for those clients who require very little support time, but who still want cost-effective access to our technical assistance experts and recognize the value of staying up-to-date with automatic updates—for an affordable annual fee.

The Limited Support  Agreement option with limited features is the perfect fit for clients with a small staff or little turnover. This no fuss approach makes this option a sure winner!
